Cancellations and Refunds Policy
At Saleem Furniture Mart, we are committed to ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:
Timeframe for Cancellation:
- Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of placing your order by contacting us at +1409-995-3192 or sending us an email at info@saleemfurnituremart.com
Order Confirmation and Payment:
- After placing your order, an Eve Furniture representative will confirm your order details via email.
- Payment will be processed after your confirmation or within 48 hours of the transaction, whichever comes first.
Cancellation Fees:
- Within 24 Hours: Full refund, no fees (Exclusions apply if the item is already in the warehouse or transit).
- After 24 Hours: A 3% non-refundable processing fee applies.
- Products in Our Possession, Transit, or Ready for Delivery: 70% refund (covers processing, picking, and handling) and a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required. Delivery fees are non-refundable
- Products Not Ready for Delivery:
97% refund if payment is captured.
100% refund if payment is not yet captured.
Special Orders and Shipped Items:
- Backordered Items: If you choose to wait for backordered items, your order becomes a non-cancellable “special order.”
- Shipped Items: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and return shipping costs (if RMA is approved).
Merchant’s Inability to Meet ETA:
- Full Refund (minus 3% fee): If the order is cancelled due to our inability to meet the estimated time of arrival (ETA) and the item is not in transit.
- 30% Cancellation Fee: If the item is already in transit.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take time to process, depending on your financial institution.
- In case of damage or missing items, we will always do our best to resolve the issue promptly and present the solution within the 24hrs. However, if a return is still requested, a 30% restocking fee will apply and the return shipping costs (RMA is required).
Important Policy on Returns
- We do not accept returns under any circumstances once items are delivered correctly and in good condition.
- All sales are final if the product matches the order and arrives undamaged.
- Returns are only permitted if the wrong item was delivered or if the item arrives damaged. In these cases, a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required, and return shipping instructions will be provided.
Ownership and Return of Merchandise
- If a refund or chargeback is issued, ownership of the merchandise reverts to Eve Furniture.
- The buyer must return the merchandise in its original condition and cooperate with the return process.
- Failure to return merchandise may result in legal action.
